About Cheryl

I have been immersed in real estate throughout my career. In addition to leading a Colorado-based real estate marketing and consulting firm that was ranked among Denver’s top ten advertising firms, I was introduced to home renovating at early age via a family-owned remodeling business. I especially appreciate the challenges and rewards of restoring older homes\n to their original glory, and have recently completed the renovation of a turn-of-the-century home in the historic Denver Country\n Club neighborhood of Driving Park Place. Whether it is a new home or one that has enjoyed many memories, I appreciate the nuances and possibilities of each property, as well as the individual personalities of Denver city and surrounding neighborhoods.
