About Jessica

     Hi, my name is Jessica Stone and I am excited to introduced to Colorado market as a new agent at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Rocky Mountain Realtors in Colorado Springs. 

     I am passionate about real estate.  I graduated from University of Houston with a degree in advertising/PR in 2008 at a time when a recession hit.  Luckily, while waiting tables in a high end restaurant, a broker called me into this profession.  I successfully navigated clients in Texas with my first year sales over $1.2 million and gained experience in listings, buyers, forclosures, HUD and business investment opportunities. As market prices soured in Texas, in 2015, I decided to move to a market where the properties reflect great value for homeowners and the culture.

     I canvassed all over Denver and the southern regions, upon arriving in Colorado for the net meter solar program here to obtain knowledge of home styles and properties while offering residents another utility option. Best part is getting to know the home owners!

     With the variety of design option in homes and architectual showcase style and vast beautiful landscapes Colorado has to offer, I have dedicated myself to submerge further into the community with volunteer services to get a feel for what Colorado has to offer. 

     This great state has helped me personally and my teenage daughters into becoming successful college students.   I believe in persistence, transparacy, dedication and always learning, to stay informed and be a leading agent in helping others fulfill real estate dreams in Colorado.
